Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over 200 TL within Turkey. International orders over 500 TL also qualify for free shipping.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact our support team immediately if you need assistance.

Store your coffee in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid refrigerating or freezing coffee as it can absorb odors and moisture. For best freshness, use within 2-4 weeks of opening.
Arabica beans are known for their smooth, complex flavors with notes of fruit and sugar. Robusta beans have a stronger, more bitter taste with higher caffeine content. We primarily use 100% Arabica beans for superior quality and taste.
Yes, we offer a selection of decaffeinated coffees that maintain the rich flavor profile of our regular coffees. Our decaf beans are processed using the Swiss Water method to preserve taste while removing caffeine.

Payment

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, opened coffee bags cannot be returned unless there's a quality issue.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support with your order number. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
